The title of this painting is a metaphor for the life we are all living during the 2020 Covid 19 pandemic. On the uneven path we encounter hidden areas which could trip us, broken surfaces overgrown with weeds which hide invisible hazards; moss to slide in, a path that can end suddenly and we slip, falling, drowning in mud. A description of the uncertainty and the fear that we humans worldwide are currently living through.
