SUMMER BEGINS IN MARIE

We arrived in Nice (by train) this Monday. It was searingly hot and we were overloaded with two very heavy cases, two overweight rucksacks, and two art portfolios containing my ongoing paintings.

We stayed the night in Nice then travelled to our home in the village of Marie the following day. It has been lovely to arrive and be so warmly welcomed by our friends in the village.
